Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC he has been director in companies trading in software, property, retailing, healthcare and music industries in addition to not-for-profits. A former, President of Dublin Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Clerys, Founder director of: Dublin City Bid Company Ltd, and Retail Ireland. He is a Non-Executive Director of GS1 (Ireland) and Chair of DrinkAware and Chair of  Youbloom PLC and O’Leary Opticians Ltd. He holds a Smurfit Diploma in Corporate Governance, is a certified analyst in Behaviours, Motivators and Trimetrix and a qualified Triadic Coach. He became a mentor to Inner City start-up enterprises over 23 years ago and in 2013 brought The Alternative Board to Ireland to help indigenous businesses succeed. PJ discovered the power of a peer advisory Board over a decade ago and continues to facilitate his founding TAB board in Ireland.

Pat Duffy

Pat is a qualified industrial engineer and has over 30 years experience in senior roles in global leading businesses including Ericsson. He has exceptional international experience having lived and worked overseas for 12 years in Asia, Middle East and Europe. His roles have included technical sales management, key account management, regional operations director, global customer support director and most recently executive director of consulting. While Pat’s technical skills have been developed in the telecommunications, software development and IT world, his key area of interest and focus for many years has been creating and working with small and medium sized teams.

Pat now leads TAB Boards in the Midlands Region where he and his family are based.

Frank Keogh

Frank has over 30 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing at Director level across a diverse range of industries from FMCG to Healthcare and B2B sectors. Frank has led both internal and external sales forces in Ireland’s distribution sector, while working for multinationals and indigenous companies.

In 1999 Frank was part of the MBO leadership team of Allegro Professional, a leading commercial distributor of hygiene products to industry. At the end of 2000 Frank sold the business to Bunzl PLC and continued working in the business until 2009. Frank held many roles including Commercial Director and Sales & Marketing Director. He has significant experience in structured finance, facilities procurement, commercial negotiations, management of distribution partnerships and cultural transformations in dynamically changing environments.

Recently Frank disposed of his majority stake in a sales and marketing business Vescoro which he founded in 2009. Vescoro sources and supplies niche products to the FMCG market and Ireland’s leading retailers. Their client list includes Dunnes Stores, Tesco, Esso, Spar Mace and SuperValu.

Brian Crowley

Brian became excited about TAB the moment he heard its founder Allen Fishman being interviewed on the Pat Kenny show. Brian completed his TAB certification in Denver in February 2014 and now facilitates Boards in South Dublin and leads TAB’s The Alignment Factor programme in Ireland.

Achievements: Youngest Barrister called to Bar in Ireland June 1960. Awarded Entrepreneur of the Year award in 1994 on the Late-Late Show. Michael has a wide experience in successful start-Up situations and his background as a founder of the first professional peer board in Ireland makes him Irelands most experience Peer Board facilitator.

Cameron Good

Cameron was promoted from Sales and Marketing Director to MD of Henry Good Ltd in 2000, where he grew sales from €12 to €44m. He has considerable experience in finance, production, logistics, quality control and the many other functions that are required in running a third generation family business employing over 50 staff.  Cameron has gained experience in the hotel and property sectors, having been involved in the purchase/shareholder role of a number of businesses/operations in the Cork area. He is a keen dragon sailor and served on the Management Committee of Kinsale Yacht Club for six years and was Commodore from 2011-2013. During this time, together with an active Management Committee, he led a successful €1m rebuilding and refurbishment of Kinsale Yacht Club. He also worked with Fáilte Ireland and Cork County Council, bringing the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race to KYC, the Dragon Gold Cup in 2012 and the return of Le Solitaire du Figaro to KYC after 20 years.

Jackie Dawson

Jackie has over 25 years’ experience in Corporate and Consumer public relations in Ireland and the UK, working with blue chip clients including Brown Thomas Group, AXA Insurance, Unilever, Campbell Bewley Group and Granada plc.

A graduate of UCD with BA (Hons) in Psychology and DBS from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, Jackie has worked as an independent PR Consultant and event manager, based in Cork, since 1996. She was awarded a Certificate in Digital Marketing by Cork Institute of Technology in 2014. Jackie works with a host of both international and local brands.  Jackie’s voluntary work includes founder/Chairperson of the Kinsale Pink Ribbon Walk that has raised over €380,000 for the Irish Cancer Society since 2012, as well as event management for major sailing events at Kinsale Yacht Club including The Dragon Gold Cup 2012 and Sovereign’s Week.

Gwyn Wallace

Gwyn holds a degree in Business and Sociology and a Masters in Arts from Trinity College Dublin. She is an experienced sales professional, having worked with both Glanbia and the Nenagh Guardian. In 2006 Gwyn started her own photography business and in 2014 started her own Telemarketing business, with specialisms in lead generation, database development, email campaigns. Gwyn is trained in behavioural analysis and is our Salesforce guru, creating, monitoring and managing our outbound campaigns and data analytics.

Julie Bara

Bachelor in Mass Communications from University of Mindanao, Julie’s background in teaching, account management and office management enables her to be our centre of communications and liaison between TAB members and their facilitators. Julie is always on hand to support TAB Business owners in navigating the vast array of TAB resources. She is a master at using TAB’s tools and toolkits and as such is the first point of call for franchise owners needing immediate assistance. Julie also delivers an invaluable service to franchise owners through member invoicing, accounting and support in conjunction with MBSL, Irelands first and only chartered accountants operating to ISO27001 standard.
